- This is your transportation - please book accurately by providing all information requested.
- Book all Airport Pick Ups no less than 45 Minutes AFTER your flight lands.
- Book all Cruise Port Pick Ups no earlier than 8:30AM (You need to clear Customs & Immigration)
Once you book your reservation, you will be provided with an instant confirmation. Please print this confirmation and have it with you on the day of your transfers. This confirmation will contain your Dispatch Telephone Number and your Confirmation Number. This is how you will communicate with your driver. You do not need to call in advance to confirm your trip, you will only need to call us on the day of your trip. It is imperative that we are able to communicate with you. We are unable to dial telephone numbers outside of the United States. You will need to follow the instructions on your confirmation and call us.

We're going to do our part and provide you with top notch service. However, in order for us to do our part, we must ask that you do yours as well.
- Please follow the instructions on your confirmation.
- Please have your cell phone fully charged and on no less than one hour prior to your pick up time. If you do not have a cell phone, you must call the Dispatch Number on your confirmation thirty minutes to one hour prior to your pick up time. (No Exceptions!)
- Understand that we are a GROUND transportation company and we offer no guarantee of an on-time pick up or drop off. We are traveling in highly congested areas and traffic often affects our schedules. (No transportation company can offer an on-time guarantee) We require your patience and understanding.

We are very proud of our fully automated fare finder and reservations system. To find your fares, simply follow the steps and select your "product" - the fares that will be shown are based on the selections you make. You can travel one-way, round-trip or even add multiple "products" and have many segments. The choice is yours.

If you're traveling from / to a location that is NOT listed in the products drop down menu, simply fill out a Custom Quote Request or call us at 888-872-9992 and Press Option 2 to speak with a Group Sales Representative.

The fare you see is the fare you pay. There are no additional fees. There is no sales tax on transportation in the State of Florida.
>>> Cancellation Policy <<<
Customers who cancel a reservation may be entitled to
a refund minus a $10.00 each way processing fee. In order to receive a
refund, you must use the "Contact Us" Form and travel cannot be within
48 hours.
Cancellation of travel within 48 hours of travel under any circumstance
is 100% Non-Refundable.
The Following Is Non-Refundable: Reservations made using a Promo Code /
Discount Code, Last Minute Specials, ALL Scheduled Shuttles (Non-Private
Bus & Shuttle Services).
We make every effort to pick up customers within the time requested, however, due to traffic, weather conditions and other circumstances that are beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for late departures and/or arrivals. Just like in air, rail, sea and ground travel, there are no refunds, partial refunds or compensation for delays.
>>> Driver Gratuity <<<
Our fares are all include 10% of your Driver Gratuity. You may pay the balance directly to your driver on the day of your trip. The standard gratuity in the United States is between 18% and 20%.
>>> Luggage <<<
All of our shuttles are equipped to accommodate your luggage. After all, this is what we do! When you make your reservation, you will be asked to let us know how much luggage you will approximately have. This is merely so we know what size trailer to send with your shuttle. We do not charge additional for this service.

If you are traveling with children, please know the following:
- We gladly provide child safety seats for $10.00 (Rental Fee) - Please note that in your reservation.
- Regardless of the age of your child, they still must be counted in the number of passengers when you book your transfers - even if they are infants.
- There is no fare difference between adults and children. We charged based on the number of people, regardless of their age. (Yes, a one year old is a person!)

If you are traveling with a scooter or a wheelchair, please know the following:
- We gladly provide enough cargo space for your Scooter or Wheelchair at no additional charge.
- Our fleet is NOT equipped with a Wheelchair Lift - You must be able to board the shuttle without the assistance of a lift.

Our fleet consists of Vans, Minibusses and Motorcoaches. The vehicle assigned to your reservation will be able to accommodate your group and luggage. We do not guarantee a certain vehicle type. Vehicle assignments are based on need and availability. All of our fleet are late model vehicles that are fully licensed, permitted and insured. We carry a $5,000,000.00 General Liability Insurance Policy as required in the State of Florida for Airport & Cruise Port Permits. We are a registered United States Department of Transportation carrier. Our USDOT Number is 2311870.
